How This Data Regularization Process Works

This secure, step-by-step process helps you correct or register your staff record. It typically takes 5–10 minutes. We treat your data confidentially.

  1. 1.
    Enter Your Staff ID
    Type the Staff ID provided by your organisation and click Submit. This verifies eligibility and retrieves the official listing.
  2. 2.
    We Verify Your Name
    If a match is found, we display the name on record so you can confirm it. If no match appears, double-check your Staff ID and try again.
  3. 3.
    Existing Record Check
    If we find a corresponding record in our database, you’ll see a pre-filled update form with key fields (NHF, Phone, NIN, BVN, Bank, Address, etc.). Review and complete the form before submitting.
    • Choose No if the displayed data is not yours — you will be redirected to a fresh registration form.
    • If details are yours, correct any fields and submit for review.

    NHF Number Check
    If we don't find a close match, we may ask if you know your NHF number:
    • Yes: Enter it — if it matches and the name similarity is high, we'll show the pre-filled update form.
    • No: You'll be taken to the new registration form to capture your details afresh.
  5. 5.
    New Registration Form
    If no match exists, fill out the registration form. Your organisation name is pre-filled where available. Required details include:
    • Personal: Title, First name, Gender, Marital status, DOB, Email, Mobile.
    • Employment: Date of employment, Monthly salary, Staff ID (auto-filled).
    • Identity: NHF number, NIN, BVN.
    • Bank: Bank name and account number.
    • Address: Address lines 1 & 2.
    • Next of kin: Name, address, phone, relationship.
  6. 6.
    Submit and Review
    Click Submit to send your request. Only one submission per Staff ID is allowed. After submission your entry is queued for review; we will notify you once processed.
  7. 7.
    Need Corrections Later?
    If you made a mistake or need urgent help after submitting, contact HR Support with your Staff ID (contact details below). Provide screenshots if possible.
